Motricity and Valista Form Strategic Partnership
to Offer the First Complete Mobile Retail Platform

offer the first mobile retail solution that addresses the entire
value chain including offer management, content delivery, payment
processing, multi-party settlement, post-purchase care, and mobile
community building. The combined offering will enable mobile
operators to more easily drive new revenue streams from premium
services, attract new subscribers, and increase the Average Revenue
Per User (ARPU).
Combining Valista’s high and low-value payments (PaymentsPlus)
solution and the company’s sophisticated content packaging
and promotions technology (OffersPlus) with Motricity’s
proven Fuel® mobile content delivery platform,
will result in an industry-leading mobile retail solution with
unprecedented
capabilities in content qualification, personalization, merchandizing,
discounting and payment management. Working together, Valista
and Motricity can power a richer set of content and m-commerce
strategies, including full support for off-net purchases and
MVNOs. This partnership enables both companies to jointly provide
wireless operators, content providers, media companies, portals,
and other partners with innovative and scalable mobile content
solutions, delivering highly compelling user experiences in ways
that build customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
