focus mostly on the payment experience that accredited payment
intermediaries (aggregators) must serve up and other general guidelines
designed to provide greater charging transparency for consumers.
It's initially designed to manage off-deck WAP purchases, but this
will be extended to cover web purchases in future. Valista’s
