Payments and Settlement
A fundamental requirement of any Network as a Service (NaaS) proposition is Payments and Settlement - the business infrastructure to enable third parties to deliver services using an operator's network and to be paid for them through the operator. Facilitating the growth of digital commerce and enabling operators to create new relationships with customers, these Operator Payment Services are applicable in three main markets:
For all of these, flexible solutions are required to meet the ever more complex demands of 3rd party service providers (XSPs) to deliver content and services and use the operator as their payment instrument. Moreover the operator must be able to charge 3rd parties, whether enterprises or XSPs.
Operator Payments Service
Aepona's Payments and Settlement solutions are available either as licenced software (the Payment and Settlement Engine component of the Universal Service platform) or as a managed/hosted Operator Payments Service (OPS).
