We recognise that to continue to operate at the forefront of new technology, in a competitive market, we must provide high quality training and development for our people. Only by doing so can we ensure that we continue to improve our software offerings, satisfy customer expectations and be responsive to market requirements. We simply could not function otherwise.
We invest in your development right from day one, with a structured induction programme designed to introduce you to the Company and the highly specialised area of telecommunications software development.
From there on, training is very much related to both the needs of the job and the needs of the individual, with regular reviews providing you with the chance to identify your training requirements and put forward suggestions on the best way to meet those requirements.
Our aim is to foster a culture of continuous learning, where people learn as much on the job as they do on formal courses, creating a highly skilled workforce with the ability to leave and work elsewhere, but the desire to stay with Aepona.
In 2004, Aepona was awarded Investor in People (IiP) accreditation. This accreditation serves to underline the importance people have in our success and the Company's commitment to ensuring that people have the skills and knowledge required to do their jobs successfully and ultimately help make the Company successful.
