U.S. Cellular
U.S. Cellular, a leading U.S.based provider of wireless services, has selected Valista’s Operator Payments Service to enable its off-deck premium content business. Through Valista’s Operator Payments Service, U.S. Cellular customers will now have greater access to mobile content and be able to fully participate in many interactive activities such as text-in media voting for popular television shows. Valista’s Operator Payments Service supports a wide range of mobile payment options, providing consumers with greater choice in the purchasing process. In addition, the service provides support for post purchase operations such as refunds and credits and allows for end-to-end visibility on of transactions. Valista’s Operator Payments Service acts as a bridge between external aggregators, content providers and U.S. Cellular’s internal infrastructure. Cricket Communications
Cricket Communications, Inc, a leading U.S. based provider of unlimited wireless services, has selected Valista’s next generation Operator Payments Service to enable its off-deck mobile content business. Valista’s payments service ensures that consumers are aware of exactly what they are paying for when purchasing content off-deck (from a third-party). The service includes real-time authentication and authorization, which prevents unsolicited charging and provides robust transaction management, high throughput support and superior partner settlement. Valista’s Operator Payments Service acts as a bridge between external aggregators, content providers and Cricket’s internal billing infrastructure. The service utilizes Valista’s industry leading payments technology and its advanced revenue sharing and settlement solution.

NTT DoCoMo
Valista’s payments technology, has been chosen by NTT DoCoMo to enable i-mode users to enjoy mobile shopping including physical goods purchases using multiple payment options. An account aggregation feature also enables users to check the balances of their various financial accounts with banks and credit card companies simultaneously, on a single screen, eliminating the need to access and view each account separately.

Vodafone UK, part of the world's largest mobile community, has selected Valista to provide a payment platform for its Vodafone m-pay™ bill service. France Telecom
France Telecom deployed Valista’s payments technology via w-HA, a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of France Telecom. The network quickly gained traction and now is a completely interoperable payments network with over 1500 merchants and a significant subscriber base. w-HA is currently processing over 1 million transactions per day at peak times. Other mobile operators and Internet Service Providers utilizing the Valista solution through w-HA include: Orange, Mobistar Belgium, Wanadoo, Tiscali (Alice), T-Online, AOL, Neuf Cegetel and France Telecom Fixed.

Orange
Orange Group UK and France, a subsidiary of the France Telecom group covering all its mobile telephone activities, uses the w-HA network, which is powered by Valista’s payments technology, to sell enhanced content and services to customer using prepaid and postpaid accounts as well as credit cards. Orange created a digital content and services shopping mall experience which is off-portal, called Gallery, which enables a variety of third party providers to offer goods and services via a WAP, Web, MMS-based interface and supports a variety of payment methods including direct-to-bill charging.

The world's leading lottery-transaction processor, deployed Valista’s technology to provide a convenient and mobile alternative for playing lottery games, using any mobile device. Players can pick their numbers, pay for their ticket and submit their numbers to the lottery using any mobile device. The platform also allows players to receive notifications on their mobile device of winning results and whether they hold a winning ticket.
